Dividend policy

In 2011 SEK 7.00 (9.00) per share was transfered to the shareholders, which is equivalent to SEK 275.8 (353.2) million.

The proposal is in line with the company’s dividend policy of distributing up to 75 per cent of the income of the year to the shareholders, provided that the capital structure can be retained. In 2010 an extra distribution was transfered to the shareholders.
