Share structure

Following the directed rights issue consummated as part of Betsson AB’s (publ) (”Betsson”) acquisition of Betsafe, the total numbers of shares and votes as of 30 June 2011 amount to 40,337,989 and 89,117,989, respectively, divided into 5,420,000 shares of series A with ten votes each and 34,917,989 shares of series B with one vote each. As of June 1st, 2011, the total number of shares and votes in Betsson amounted to 39,653,720 and 88,433,720, respectively, divided into 5,420,000 shares of series A with ten votes each and 34,233,720 shares of series B with one vote each. Consequently, during June 2011 the total number of shares and votes has increased by 684,269 shares and votes. All new shares are of series B. In line with executing parts of the resolution adopted by annual general meeting in 2010 regarding the incentive program for certain employees and after completion of the acquisition of Betsafe the number of shares held by the company amounted to 4 222 B-shares.
