The Annual General Meeting of Betsso n AB (publ) will be held on Thursday\, 7 May 2026\, at 13.00 CEST at Helio GT30\, Grev Turegatan 30\, Stockholm\, Sweden.
Shareholders may participate in the meeting eithe r by attending the meeting venue in person or by exercising their voting r ights through postal voting prior to the meeting.
A shareholder who has voted by post may also attend the meeting venue\, provided that a notification of participation has been sub mitted. Accordingly\, postal voting alone does not constitute a notificati on of participation for attendance at the meeting venue.
