Funding
Betsson has a strong operating cash flow, however uses external financing for acquisitions and to ensure a long-term stable capital structure.
The Group’s financing activities are conducted according to a financial policy adopted by the Board which is characterised by the objective of minimising risk. Financing and financial risk management are coordinated via the Parent company Betsson AB, which is also responsible for the investment of surplus liquidity. The financing of the subsidiaries is primarily undertaken via the Parent company.
Capital Structure
Betsson finances its business operations with equity, interest-bearing liabilities and other non-interest-bearing capital. The external financing consists of a senior unsecured bond listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
