Dividend Information

Betsson AB’s dividend policy:

The Board’s ambition for the ordinary distribution to shareholders is, provided a continued appropriate capital structure, to distribute, on one or more occasions, up to 50 percent of net earnings, through cash transfer, an automatic redemption process or via repurchase of own shares.

Dividend in 2025
The Annual General Meeting resolved to approve the Board of Directors' proposal to implement an ordinary dividend of EUR 0.66 per share divided into two payments of EUR 0.33 each, plus a special dividend of EUR 0.10 to be paid with the first payment.

The record date for the first payment is Monday, May 12, 2025, and the first day for trading in the share excluding the right to dividend is May 9, 2025. Payment will be made 3-5 days after the record date.

The record date for the second payment is Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and the first day for trading in the share excluding the right to dividend is November 11, 2025. Payment will be made 3-5 days after the record date.
