Certifications and ESG ratings
Betsson's operations are regularly audited and certified from a sustainability perspective by reputable third parties. To promote transparency and commit to raising sustainability standards, the Group partakes in the Nasdaq ESG portal and publishes its ESG rating from Morgan Stanley Capital International, MSCI. Betsson has also won a number of international awards for its efforts within the area.
Nasdaq ESG Transparency Partner
Betsson has been certified as a ‘Nasdaq ESG Transparency Partner’, participating in the Nasdaq ESG Portal. This certification signals Betsson's engagement in market transparency and in raising environmental standards.
MSCI ESG rating
Betsson was awarded an ESG-rating of AAA, the highest level, from the independent rating institute MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International).
International recognition
In 2023, Betsson was awarded the ESG Strategy of the Year at the EGR Operators Awards. The Group also won Safer Gambling Operator of the Year at the International Gaming Awards for the third consecutive year, Responsible Gaming of the Year at SiGMA Americas and a number of awards in Best Customer Service, Best Employer and Leadership. In total, Betsson received 34 awards during the year.
