These latest achievements add to an already successful year for Betsson Group, which has now received more than 25 industry awards in 2026.
Recognised for community impact
The Community Engagement Award recognises organisations that make a meaningful social impact through initiatives that benefit employees, local communities, and wider society.
As a global company operating across multiple markets, Betsson Group is committed to making a positive difference in the communities where it operates. Guided by its One Betsson value, the company supports a wide range of initiatives focused on community engagement, social responsibility, education, wellbeing, environmental sustainability, and charitable giving.
Many of these initiatives also provide opportunities for Betsson employees to get involved and contribute directly to causes that matter, reinforcing the company’s culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. The award recognises Betsson Group’s community-focused programmes and partnerships, which aim to create lasting positive impact.

Celebrating positive leadership
Rachel Fisher was recognised with the Positive Role Model of the Year award, which honours individuals who inspire others through their leadership, achievements, and commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
The award celebrates professionals who lead by example, help others succeed, and demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges while making a positive impact on colleagues and the wider organisation.

Supporting diversity and inclusion across the industry
Betsson Group was also proud to support this year’s Women in Gaming Diversity & Inclusion Awards, reaffirming its commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion across the gaming industry.

During the ceremony, Lena Nordin, Chief Human Resources Officer at Betsson Group, presented the award for Excellence in Customer Service (Suppliers), recognising outstanding contributions within the sector.
The Women in Gaming Diversity & Inclusion Awards is one of the gaming industry’s most respected events dedicated to recognising individuals and organisations that champion equality, diversity, and inclusion.
