Johan Öhman succeeds Pontus Lindwall as CEO for Net Entertainment. This is one of multiple
steps to prepare Net Entertainment for the upcoming company dividend to stockowners.

Mr. Öhman was employed by Net Entertainment as Head of Sales in 2003. During the past two years
he has been Head of Sales as well as Head of Product Development. Prior to his employment at Net
Entertainment Mr. Öhman worked for Metasolv Software in London with international sales. Mr.
Öhman holds a Master of Economics from the University of Lund. He will formally commence the role
as of November 1.

Pontus Lindwall will leave the role as CEO after being 10 years operative within the company. Mr.
Lindwall will continue as Chairman of the Board for Net Entertainment and as President and CEO for
Betsson AB (publ.).
