Between 3 November and 7 November 2025, Betsson AB (publ) (“Betsson”) has repurchased in total 117,350 own series B shares (ISIN: SE0022726485) as part of the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors on 24 October 2025.
The share repurchases form part of Betsson’s share buyback program of up to the equivalent of EUR 40 million, as announced by Betsson on 24 October 2025. The buyback program runs from 24 October 2025 to 30 April 2026 and is being carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the so-called “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

All purchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Arctic Securities AS, and its Swedish Branch, on behalf of Betsson. Following the above purchases, Betsson’s holding of own shares amounted to 1,573,027 series B shares and 2,747,433 series C shares, as of 7 November 2025. The total number of shares in Betsson as of 7 November 2025 was 142,729,838, divided into 15,034,000 series A shares, 123,448,405 series B shares, and 2,747,433 series C shares.
