While our offices may be located in different countries and even across different continents, our people are united by one shared value: #OneBetsson. A value rooted in inclusion, teamwork, and celebrating the diversity of both our workforce and the communities where we operate.

This year, colleagues from across Colombia, Greece, Georgia, Hungary, Malta, and Sweden came together for a common cause: supporting the 13th edition of the Wings for Life World Run

Betsson Group sponsored 100 employees to take part in the event, joining hundreds of thousands of participants around the world in support of spinal cord injury research. In Georgia our infotainment brand Betsson Sport also proudly supported the event.

The Wings for Life Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing research aimed at finding a cure for spinal cord injuries. One of the most impactful aspects of the initiative is that 100% of all entry fees and donations go directly towards spinal cord research and clinical trials.

The Wings for Life World Run is unlike any traditional race. Participants across the globe start at exactly the same time and instead of racing toward a fixed finish line, participants are chased by a moving finish line known as the “Catcher Car,” which they can follow through a mobile app.

For Betsson Group, taking part in initiatives like this is an important part of fostering employee experience and strengthening our company culture. Supporting meaningful causes gives employees the opportunity to connect beyond the workplace, build stronger relationships across teams and locations, and contribute to causes that make a real difference.

Whether participating from Malta, Bogotá, Budapest, Athens, Tbilisi, or Stockholm, employees were connected by one common purpose – demonstrating the power of community, collaboration, and shared values.
